1. General Refund Conditions

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable if the product or service is not delivered within the stated delivery time (e.g., within 24 hours for game top-ups, etc.).
  • Refund Request: If you do not receive your product or service within the maximum delivery time, you can request a refund via the Order Status Page or by contacting Customer Support.
  • Non-Refundable Orders: We do not offer refunds for:
    • Products delivered on time.
    • Products where the customer provides incorrect information, including wrong email addresses or payment details.
    • Digital products like gift cards once they are delivered.
    • Products that have been used or activated.

2. Transaction Fees

  • Transaction Charges: Customers are responsible for any transaction charges or fees associated with the refund process.
  • For refunds processed through Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, or any other payment wallet, the refund will be credited to your website wallet, and you can use the balance to place a new order.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund for Payment via Website: If you paid through the website payment options (like credit card, bank transfer, etc.), the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Refund for Wallet Payments: For payments made using mobile wallets (e.g., Bkash, Nagad, Rocket), refunds will be credited to your website wallet, which you can use for future orders.

4. Incorrect or Damaged Products

  • If the delivered product is incorrect (e.g., wrong gift card or game top-up) or damaged, please contact us immediately with proof of purchase, and we will either issue a replacement or a refund.
  • Important: Please ensure to change your password after using digital products like game top-ups or gift cards. We are not responsible for any account changes or issues after the purchase.

5. Refund Time Frame

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the request is confirmed. Please be patient, as it may take additional time depending on the payment provider’s processing time.

6. Exemptions

  • No Refunds will be issued for:
    • Items marked as Final Sale.
    • Gift Cards or any non-returnable digital products that have already been used or activated.
    • If the product has been activated, used, or tampered with by the customer.
