2. Order and Payment Instructions

Order Process: Before placing an order, ensure that you have read the Description of the product. Orders placed without reviewing the description will not be entertained and may be refunded.

Please refrain from sending urgent messages such as “Need it now” or “Deliver fast,” as these orders will be refunded.

3. Delivery Times

Fast Delivery: 1-12 hours
Medium Delivery: 24 hours (If no description is mentioned, this will be the standard delivery time)
Slow Delivery: 48 hours

4. Operating Hours

Operating Hours: 10 AM to 11 PM
Orders placed after 11 PM will begin processing the following day at 10 AM.

5. Account Information (For Game Top-ups or Digital Products)

For game top-ups (e.g., CP, gift cards, etc.), we may require your email and password for certain products. Please ensure that your login credentials are provided accurately.
For Gift Cards: No email/password required.

If you use Facebook Login, please enable 2FA and provide your Backup/Recovery Code to ensure security.

After login, you will be logged out of the game temporarily while the transaction is completed.

6. Order Confirmation Status

Payment Completed: Order is being processed.
Order Delivered: The order is completed and delivered.
Refunded: If the order is refunded.

7. Refund Policy

Transaction Charges: The customer will bear the transaction charges during a refund process.
If you paid through website payment options, the refund will be issued through the same payment method.
If you paid via Bkash/Nagad/Rocket, the refund will be credited to your website wallet and can be used for new orders.

Important Note: If you want to keep your account safe, make sure to enable 2FA and follow the security guidelines provided.

8. Payment Methods

Accepted Payment Methods for Foreign Buyers: Binance, Remitly, Taptap.

Messages sent outside of these hours will be replied to within the operating time.

10. Company Rules

Cod Seller Bangladesh reserves the right to change or cancel offers, prices, and products at any time.
We do not take responsibility for in-game purchases once the transaction is completed. It is your responsibility to change your password after making a purchase to ensure your account’s security.

11. Important Notes

Delivery Times: Delivery will take up to 24 hours depending on the product.
Multiple requests for fast delivery will result in a refund.
Event Offers: Can only be used once. Orders placed for the second time will be canceled.
In some cases, game events may not show up immediately after login, and you may need to attempt logging in multiple times.

If you order 240CP but receive 80CP, please check the order status. Delivery will be marked as “Completed” once fulfilled.

If you do not receive delivery within 24 hours, you may request a refund.

After a Top-Up, it’s essential to change your password immediately to maintain account security.
We are not responsible for any account changes or issues after the transaction, so please ensure your details are secure.

12. Region-Specific Packs

Prices and offers may vary by region.
If you receive an incorrect pack or a pack of equal value, refunds will not be issued unless there’s a price difference. If you face issues with offers or events, we may provide a normal pack or refund as per our discretion.

Some offers (like Airdrops or Limited Time Offers) require you to check the Loadout > Inventory in your game to claim them.
